Kayla’s leadership is a motivational power that has elevated Early Childhood Professionals across Katy, and Houston, Texas. She believes in one’s willpower to obtain the utmost quality for learning, and mastering one’s craft. She has experience in leadership development, through inspiration to become eager. Her experience in Quality Assurance and Control has recognized her as a leader who believes in growing a team that not only believes in itself but supports and encourages personal/professional growth. She harnesses the essence of kindness, clarity, and reaching for challenging achievements. Kayla earned her Six Sigma Certification when she played a part as the Process Improvements Administrator while working in the healthcare insurance industry. She has a talent for identifying glitches in processes and problem-solving through innovation, teamwork, and inspiration. As Owner of Crawford Virtual Assisting, she continues to support business owners and high-level executives through contributing to projects as a consultant, providing administrator services, social media management, technology producing, website development, marketing, and reporting. She can accomplish these tasks by utilizing her experience as a leader and her degree in Business. As a Co-Founder of Transformation Companions, she continues her leadership reign as she targets the market for Women in Leadership, and networks with fellow women business owners; looking to elevate the community through elevating the leaders in our community. She holds a license that allows her to develop and certify others for authenticity and credibility to their craft. This allows her to make a shift in the community through developing workshops and implementing the power of knowledge throughout leadership across the nation, and soon the globe. Additionally, as an Intuitive Life Coach, she guides others to find their true selves, to be confident, and to be proud of themselves.Â
Furthermore, Kayla is a wife, daughter, sister, mother of two, and friend. She upholds herself to high standards in motherhood to her seven-year-old son and four-year-old daughter. She loves contributing to local businesses and teaches her family by example. She does this by giving back to the community through volunteering in community functions such as helping to organize baseball tournaments for the local Little League, acting as a substitute for school field trips, and giving back to the homeless.Â
